Lamplighter Publishing makes it their goal to publish stories with inspiring characters, strong themes, and interesting plots. Their motto is “Building Christlike Character, One Story at a Time.” Most of their books are from the 1700, 1800, and 1900’s, and written by Christian authors little known to us today. There are over two hundred titles to choose from and are organized by both age and character trait. Below are some of my favorites.
